James Blake Heard Frank Ocean's New Album, Says It's Better Than 'Channel Orange'
The world awaits.

In a new interview with Rolling Stone, James Blake discusses Frank Ocean’s long-awaited sophomore project. During the discussion, Blake says that Frank Ocean “was a huge influence on the way I was writing the record, the way I was writing melodies,” referring to his new album ‘The Colour In Anything’ that released back on May 6 that which featured Frank Ocean writing credits on two records, “My Willing Heart” and “Always.” Blake also suggested that Ocean’s new material is better than his acclaimed 2012 debut Channel Orange:
“I was more of a fan of him when I heard his newer music,” Blake said. “It’s better. You grow, you improve, you nail a new message to the board. He’s had time to mature. It’s really cool to watch.”
Question now is, when can we expect that album? Check out the full interview here.
