Hubble Studio Reveals "This Is America"-Inspired T-Shirt
A follow up to its “Met Gala” hoodie.
Hubble Studio has quickly followed up its “Met Gala” hoodie with another drop. This time around things are kept simple with a spin on the classic military T-shirt. The front reads “AMERICAN” in bold black with a logo from Sons of Liberty added to the back in the same color. The phrase “Don’t Tread on Me” is placed under the logo as an ode to the slogan present during the 13 colonies’ feud with the British government.
Its overall concept takes inspiration from Childish Gambino‘s “This Is America” video as a reflection of the current issues within the United States. Retailing for $90 USD, this drop arrives on May 28 via HubbleStudio.com.
