Alexander McQueen Goes Big With the Exaggerated-Sole Sneaker
One of the first to enter the oversized shoe game.
Alexander McQueen is back with another thick-soled trainer, this time in the form of a mid-top. As a name that’s been introducing the chunky sole sneaker as early as 2015, this latest futuristic silhouette sees a mixture of sports shoe tied in with elements of hiking boot at the uppers.
This made-in-Italy model has branding at the grey suede heel and on the black leather tongue. Mesh is used at the toe-box for breathability, while metallic accents help finish off the chunky silhouette. Those interested can find these over at MR.PORTER for a price of £517 GBP (approximately $702 USD).
