In anticipation of the forthcoming Cypress Hill-album Rise Up radio personality Peter Rosenberg brought together a range of talented artists for the dedication mixtape “The Uprising”. Each contributor is set to offer his rendition on a popular hit of the Westcoast-veterans. Here’s the scoop on Yelawolf’s contribution to this promising project:

First leak off of my Cypress Hill mixtape, “The Uprising” . The tape features Cypress covers from Yela, Jim Jones, Asher Roth, Noreaga & Imam Thug, Homeboy Sandman, The Lox, and more. “Rise Up” is in stores 4/20 and I’m hosting Cypress Hill and Diamond District Thursday night at SOBs.
