Unlike traditional malware, the new malicious software affecting computers locks computer files until users play PUBG. Considered as a new form of ransomware, users must play a certain amount of the hit Battle Royale-styled game to regain access to their personal files. But fear not, if you encounter the PUBG malware you can simply play one hour of the game or enter the unlock code.
