Nike has chosen to douse its classic Air Huarache silhouette in some eclectic colorway combinations, as earlier seen in the “Marble Dye” release and the multicolored rendition that dropped in tandem with its Vandal High counterpart. This time around, the Swoosh does away with striking tonal motifs and instead applies premium textiles along with metallic gold accents to create a lavish spin on the throwback trainer.
Khaki suede dominates much of the upper, while a green-tinged hue sits inside on the neoprene bootie. Resting at the back is a heel cage that has been dipped in a shimmering gold finish, adding a luxurious charm to the rugged Nike runner. This new Air Huarache “Gold Rush” model is out now at select retailers and is expected to hit the brand’s online store soon for a price of $120 USD.
In case you missed it earlier, here is a first look at the Nike SB “Biggie vs. Tupac” pack.
