Instagram user @dirtymoney823 recently posted what looks like a potential NASA x Vans Old Skool collaborative silhouette (but now has been taken down). IG account now @wts1987 has some looks as well. The classic low-top is equipped with deconstructed white leather uppers, tongue portions made of grey denim textiles, exposed foam padding on the collar liners, and reinforced rubber midsoles. Topping off the design are detachable USA flag patches on the heel caps and NASA lettering on the lateral sides. The execution, as a whole, seemingly echoes the footwear aesthetics of Tom Sachs and Virgil Abloh.

In related NASA news, the agency recently connected with SpaceX to launch a powerful telescope for alien planet discovery.
