Marvel Studios Featurette Reflects on 10 Year Legacy of 'Avengers' Universe
“There was an idea, to bring together a group of remarkable people, to see if we could become something more.”
Next week, Marvel will release its long-awaited Avengers: Infinity War title. But before that happens, on the heels of sharing its class portrait, the studio has put together a featurette to celebrate the last decade which has led us to this point.
When Iron Man first released back in May 2008, director Jon Favreau admitted he didn’t know how people would react. But as Robert Downey Jr. (Iron Man) and his fellow cast members would soon realize, the excitement they had for the project would be reciprocated by crowds around the world. Since then, other story arcs have fully developed and led us to this point where Thanos will make his grand entrance.
Take a look at the featurette above and head to theaters on April 26 to watch Avengers: Infinity War for yourself. In related news, OnePlus is dropping a phone specially for the film, the latest clip from the film shows off Shuri saving Vision, The Weeknd has a Starboy comic and the Marvel Cinematic Universerse could look completely different after Avengers 4.
