Coachella to Offer Free 360-Degree Live Streaming This Year
For a fully-immersive experience minus the dust and sweat.

Coachella 2017 is soon upon us, and while it may be difficult to make last minute plans to the actual event, fans will be glad to know that this year’s free YouTube live streaming of the annual music festival will feature 360-degree videos. Like previous years, people will be able to choose from 3 channels of live performances in the comfort of their homes. This year’s new additions to the streaming service will include coverage of the underground dance music Yuma tent, a nifty scheduling tool that automatically switches the stream when a selected artist performs as well as on-demand options for weekend highlights. Most notably, however, is the inclusion of 360-degree livestreams for select acts.
Coachella 2017 will take place on April 14 to April 16, headlined by Kendrick Lamar, Radiohead and Lady Gaga. Other acts include Bon Iver, ScHoolboy Q, Dillon Francis, KAYTRANADA, Gucci Mane, Future, Lil Uzi Vert and many more.
