Charli XCX Is Getting Into Acting via 'The Angry Birds Movie'

Charli XCX is expanding beyond music. As revealed by renowned movie producer John Cohen, Charli XCX has landed her first silver screen appearance. Cast in the new film The Angry Birds Movie, Charli XCX’s first major acting role will be a voice-over one. The progressive pop artist will voice the Angry Birds character Willow, who you can view a picture of below. Charli XCX will join a star-studded cast that features the likes of Jason Sudeikis, Danny McBride, Maya Rudolph, Kate McKinnon, Keegan-Michael Key, Peter Dinklage, Blake Shelton and more.
