Clive Owen & Amanda Seyfried Star in Bleak 'Anon' Trailer
“Anonymity is the enemy.”
Andrew Niccol, best known as the director of Gattaca and the Justin Timberlake-starring In Time, is back with another conceptual sci-fi action film. Anon takes place in a world where privacy is a thing of the past, and human beings are equipped with electronic eyes that allow them to read data about other people just by looking at them. Clive Owen plays a detective hunting Amanda Seyfried’s untraceable hacker character. Unsurprisingly, gunfights ensue and Owen quickly finds himself as the hunted, rather than the hunter.
