KYLE Recruits Kehlani for New Single "Playinwitme"

KYLE recruits Kehlani for his new song “Playinwitme,” the second single from his forthcoming debut album. In a recent interview with Zane Lowe on Beats 1, KYLE discussed about the first time meeting Kehlani and, later on, making “Playinwitme” with her in his apartment. “I met her, and she was hella cool,” he said. “I was like, ‘Wow this might be the coolest person I damn near ever ran into in my life.’”
There is no release date or name for the upcoming album right now, but this new record and “To The Moon,” the first single off the LP that was released last week, are great indicators of the sound from the project.
In the same Zane Lowe interview, KYLE reveals that he has a track featuring Khalid on his upcoming album titled “I Miss Me,” plus another one with 2 Chainz and Sophia Black. The Ventura, Calif. native will be joining Logic’s The Bobby Tarantino vs. Everybody Tour, which kicks off on June 8.
