Stepping away from the tech-inspiration found in her last collection, designer Hyein Seo recently released a new macabre seasonal range.
Titled “Don’t Deliver Us From Evil,” the Spring/Summer 2018 collection expresses a dark theme centered around strong graphics and hardware embellishments. Serving as Seo’s take on streetwear, the range reimagines established silhouettes with simple tones and elongated cuts. Accessories found in the range tie the garments together by spotlighting the macabre theme used as the collection’s driving design force. Some standout pieces include the washed out Layered Lab Coat, uniquely revealing the Slashed T-shirt and ethnic detailed Cross Bag.
