Dropbox & Google Will Unite to Create Ultimate Cloud Storage Capabilities
The two competing storage solutions will soon be integrated.

Dropbox, for years, has helped revolutionize the way individuals work — delivering substantial cloud-synced storage to anyone with Internet access. Already having partnered up with Microsoft Office, the file hosting giant has recently announced a new partnership, this time, aligning with Google and its G Suite tools.
Although specifics remain vague at the moment, one could expect the venture to play out in a similar manner to that of the Microsoft collab. For instance, users will likely be able to create, manipulate and share Google Docs, Sheets and Slides files directly within Dropbox, which can later be opened and edited within the same interface. It has also been suggested that a Dropbox for Gmail add-on will also be available — allowing users to generate DB links directly in Gmail.
