Boris Bidjan Saberi & Dita Release Steampunk Sunglass Collaboration
Taking on the classic mountaineering frame.

Barcelona-based designer Boris Bidjan Saberi has teamed up with eyewear label Dita for a new sunglasses collaboration. The joint release sees Boris Bidjan Saberi take on a classic mountaineering-style shape with a series of technical touches including advanced optical engineering and a raw titanium frame.
The sunglasses were manufactured by Japanese craftsmen with the frame coming from a single piece of titanium rather than the standard two halves connected with a visible seam. Other features of the minimalist glasses include a hingeless system with ultra-thin side cups and custom inverted titanium pads. The sunglasses — which come in either a “Raw Titanium” or “Black Iron” frame — are available now from the Dita web store, with both sets priced at $900 USD.
