In the past few months, Charli XCX has been laying low more than usual. However, she has managed to make an appearance on Mr. Ozio’s most recent project, a four-song EP for Ed Banger and Big Beat entitled Hand In The Fire. The unorthodox pop star popped up on the EP’s title track, which also serves as the effort’s lead single. For her first appearance in the new year, Charli XCX revisits her Mr. Oizo collaboration for the record’s official video… sort of. While the video may revolve around Oizo and Charli XCX’s music, the actual narrative presented is focused entirely on puppets. Considering Oizo’s famous video for his 1999 release “Flat Beat” had puppets, it makes sense. You can check out the clip for “Hand In The Fire” above.
