New J Dilla Beats Emerge on 'Jay Dee's Ma Dukes Collection'

An assortment of unreleased beats from the late J Dilla has been unveiled, in a new album titled Jay Dee’s Ma Dukes Collection. With little information aside from being released by Yancey Media Group LLC / Official Ma Dukes / VINTAGE VIBEZ MUSIC GROUP, the album artwork features a simple black and white profile of the artist. Major streaming platforms released the 15-track set yesterday seemingly out of nowhere, with only random numbers as the song titles. Since the legendary producer’s passing, a number of posthumous mixtapes including The Diary and The Shining have been revealed. With the latest album name and information, we assume that Dilla’s mother, Maureen “Ma Dukes” Yancey, had a major hand in this mysterious release.
