The FKA twigs "Abstract Autobiographic" Film 'Soundtrack 7' Shows the Art of Dance in a New Light
A new audiovisual experience.
Following a November teaser, FKA twigs has officially released her artful film project Soundtrack 7. Clocking in at 35 minutes, the vid delivers an audiovisual narrative that serves as its creator’s “abstract autobiographic piece.” FKA twigs’s new visual is composed of dance sequences originally crafted for her 2015 Manchester International Festival residency at Old Granada Studios. Initially introduced to viewers in August at the Brooklyn Academy of Music, today’s delivery marks the first time the piece has seen free wide release.
