Heritage Bangkok Townhouse Gets Transformed Into a Modern Office
Raw exterior with a revamped interior.

Design firm Creative Crews has unveiled its new office in the Talad Noi heritage district in Bangkok, Thailand. The revamped workspace takes over two adjoining row houses situated near a local Chinese shrine. The structure maintains its humble exterior of raw concrete, while its interior is renovated with modern amenities and a slick, contemporary design.
Creative Crews maintained many of the building’s original features to preserve its local charm, such as the scissor gates and the wall marks and crayon drawings left from previous occupants. The first and second floors are rented out for retail, the third-floor houses flexible meeting spaces with an adjoining semi-outdoor courtyard, and the fourth, fifth and sixth floors are reserved as CC offices. The interior features ample greenery such as a white cheese wood tree for increased natural ventilation.
