A rather surprising collaboration arrives this morning as Quincy Jones teamed up with T-Pain and Robin Thicke for a remake of Michael Jackson’s Thriller-song “P.Y.T. (Pretty Young Thing)”. The king of Auto-Tune does what he does best while Mr. Thicke is adding soulful elements to the jam. The song is part of Mr. Jones’s upcoming album which will consist of updated classics. Although the original version remains untouchable, we certainly appreciate the fact that one of the leading production forces of the last six decades is still active behind the boards. Listen below.
