Maywa Denki @ Dover Street Market

Brothers Masamichi and Nobumichi Tosa are the latest creatives to decorate the famed front windows of Dover Street Market. The duo formed the art unit “Maywa Denki” in 1993, appropriating the name from their father’s old electrical company. Accordingly, the art produced by the team follows a blue collar theme with the mannequins in this display dressed in workman’s clothing, with the tools of their trade in hand.
