UPDATE: January 7, 2019 – Harley-Davidson has now begun to start taking pre-orders for its LiveWire electric motorcycle. The motorcycle brand has given the bike a price tag of $29,799 USD, and looks to have the first batch out by late August.

Harley-Davidson has just released further images to its upcoming electric motorcycle the LiveWire. Set for a 2019 launch, the LiveWire motorcycle takes on more of a sporty naked bike in terms of appearance, and in place of Harley’s traditional V-twin configuration, an array of lithium-ion battery packs sit under the moc-gas tank.

The LiveWire also boasts GPS navigation, Bluetooth connectivity, and has dual charging capabilities. In the performance department, the LiveWire features blistering acceleration, adjustable Showa swingarm suspension, 17-inch wheels, a rigid aluminum frame, and incredible stopping power thanks to its dual 300mm discs matched with Brembo calipers.

In other automotive news, John Oates is the latest to be blessed with an Emory Motorsports Outlaw Porsche.
