UNION LA has just taken to Instagram to announce Camp High’s latest release of cozy items. As a label that focuses on bringing back more relaxed and effortless styling, Camp High’s offerings take you back to earlier times, when less was truly more.
Co-designed by Greg Dacyshyn, a former Burton designer and friend of visvim’s Hiroki Nakamura, Camp High blends the easy comfort of Asian traditional clothing with patterns lifted from Grateful Dead merch. Working off the traditional Japanese kimono, combined with South American robing, we see Camp High’s signature pieces like the Himalayan Jacquard Yak GI Robe, the Peyote Jaquarded Yaki Gi Robe, and the Totems/Double Knit Reversible Crew Shirt — at the heart of each piece is quality material that is extremely soft to the touch.
Other unique aspect to the collection come in the form of eye-catching colors, harmonious patterns and mellow graphics; not only will the wearer be at ease, but those around will enjoy the peaceful and spiritual nature of the collection.
In other fashion news, Awake NY gives us a glimpse of its upcoming Fall drop.
