Offset Proposed to Cardi B at Powerhouse 2017 Tonight
It’s official.
Hosted by one of the longest running hip-hop radio shows in the U.S., the annual Powerhouse Music Festival in Philadelphia is one which is commonly sold-out — something which comes as no surprise when the lineup consists of names like Travis Scott, Meek Mill, Migos, Cardi B, French Montana, Rick Ross, Lil Uzi Vert and Playboi Carti as it did this year. This year’s show however was particularly special, as it ended on a happy note with Offset proposing to Cardi B.
