The Nike Air Force 1 Receives a "Beef & Broccoli" Colorway
Inspired by the ubiquitous Chinese dish.
Continuing to offer interesting takes on its popular Air Force 1 model, Nike recently put together a “Beef & Broccoli”-inspired take on the lifestyle classic.
Looking to food for inspiration, the latest AF1 colorway draws from the distinctive green and brown tones found in the ubiquitous Chinese dish. The fall-ready shoe features a tough olive canvas heel and midfoot region, accented by premium brown nubuck panels on the toebox, throat, and eyestays. Boot detailing on the shoe comes in the form of matching cord laces and brass top eyelets. Finishing up the rugged look of the shoe is a dark grey midsole, complemented by a ridged black rubber outsole.
Priced at $130 USD, the Air Force 1 Low ’07 Premier “Beef & Broccoli” is set to release at select Nike retailers like BSTN come October 18.
