Natia Envisions Hip-Hop as a Person for "Miss H.H."
“I made this song based off what’s been going on with hip hop.”
A few months after the release of the impressive video for “Renaissance Forever,” talented California emcee Natia debuts another solid visual and track, “Miss H.H.”
“I made this song based off what’s been going on with hip-hop. I love telling stories, and when I heard the beat (produced by El Lobo) I saw her — hip-hop in my head,” Natia explains to us. “I had a dream she was a sistah with a black Afro dancing like a ballerina but kept getting farther from me. It just came to me that I should write to this woman, ‘Maybe she’ll come back?”‘ you know. The Director Grant Weinraub heard it when I recorded it and he immediately saw the vision.”
Today’s “Miss H.H.” video is billed as a preview of what’s to come when Natia drops his next studio album, Natia The God. According to Natia, his forthcoming Natia The God LP will be his “greatest work yet.” The West Coast artist and “Miss H.H.” director Grant Weinraub also have plans to drop several more music videos in the near future.
“All I can say is wait for it to listen, & be on the lookout for everything The Renaissance Family doing on the West Coast because we working baby,” Natia concludes.
