20 Years After Release, GZA's 'Liquid Swords' Is Now Certified Platinum
The hip-hop classic finally catches up to its platinum reputation.
It may have taken twenty years, but the renowned hip-hop classic has finally caught up sales-wise to its platinum reputation. As of yesterday, the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) officially announced that Liquid Swords, the sophomore LP from GZA, has officially crossed the threshold of one million units sold as of September 15, 2015. Congratulations to GZA.
