Cashmere Cat Connects With Major Lazer & Tory Lanez for “Miss You”
Ed Sheeran, Benny Blanco, and Palmistry also made contributions.
Cashmere Cat, Major Lazer, and Tory Lanez link up for a new single titled “Miss You.” The track combines a multitude of sounds into a cohesive dance record. It also features contributions from Ed Sheeran, Benny Blanco, and the dancehall experimentalist Palmistry, Cashmere Cat reveals on Instagram.
“There’s 24 hours in a day/I think about you more than 24 times/Just trying not to think about you/But you’ve been on my mind/I got nothing for you but time/’Cause you always end up by my side/Through loving you, I needed time/I needed time, and now I’m like,” Tory Lanez croons on the hook. He and Cashmere Cat previously worked together on a song titled “Trust Nobody” that dropped last year. The Norwegian pop producer also released his debut album in 2017.
