Cardi B Snags Five Simultaneous Top 10 Hits on the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Chart
Besting Beyoncé and leveling up with Drake and Kendrick.
Cardi B follows up her monstrous 2017 with an equally blazing start to 2018 by hitting an impressive musical milestone. The Gangsta Bitch Music, Vol. 2 hitmaker is the third artist — following only Drake and Kendrick Lamar — to earn five of the top 10 hits on the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart in a single week. Edging out Beyoncé who previously charted four songs at one time, Cardi, not only happens to be the first female to achieve the feat, but stands alone as the only act to do it with her first five chart entries.
Listed on the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart, we have “Finesse” with Bruno Mars topping the list, her G-Eazy collaboration track “No Limit” at number three, “Motorsport” sitting in the fourth spot, “Bartier Cardi” placed at seven and “Bodak Yellow” occupying the tenth and final spot.
