Aimé Leon Dore Announces Woolrich Collaboration
Set to debut at Men’s Fashion Week in Paris.
Following up this past December’s Winter 2017 editorial, New York-based label Aimé Leon Dore reveals plan for a Fall/Winter 2018 collaboration with Woolrich.
To introduce the forthcoming joint collection, ALD and Woolrich International’s Global Creative Director Andrea Cane linked up at Woolrich’s Bologna, Italy headquarters to put together a special promotional piece that gives viewers an exclusive insight into the collaboration’s creation. In the vignette, Cane opens up about Woolrich’s storied history, the significance of the brand’s impact on culture and the company’s future. “I think one of the factors which has caused Woolrich Europe to be successful is that we treat the brand in a very honest way,” Cane explains. “I also believe that this collaboration that we’re working on with Teddy and with Aimé Leon Dore is part of the same process.”
You can check out Aimé Leon Dore and Woolrich’s new promotional video above, while the collaboration’s lineup will debut later this month at Men’s Fashion Week in Paris. Previously, Woolrich went back to its roots for a Fall/Winter 2017 jacket collection.
