Cardi B, Dizzee Rascal & Giggs Lead the Way for Spotify's First Live U.K. Event
“Who We Be Live” comes to London in November.

Just days after Apple announced the end of its annual music festival in London, Spotify has announced that it will host its first ever live event in the city. The event, named “Who We Be Live,” after one of the streaming service’s most popular rap and grime playlists, is set to feature appearances from New York rapper Cardi B, as well as grime legend Dizzee Rascal, Drake-collaborator Giggs and rising stars J Hus and Stefflon Don.
“Who We Be Live” will take place at the 10,000 capacity Alexandra Palace on November 30. Spotify will give priority to the performing artists’ biggest fans by emailing the Spotify users who listen to them most a presale link on September 9. General tickets for the event will then go on sale on September 10, with tickets priced at £35 GBP (approximately $46 USD).
In other Spotify news, the streaming service has announced a new $5 USD student streaming service in collaboration with Hulu.
