SHOOP Remixes Workwear and Sportswear for Its 2018 Spring/Summer Collection
With a heavy dose of dadcore styling.

Madrid and Tokyo-based unisex label SHOOP has released its 2018 spring/summer collection, which is “inspired by the style of seniors from the hood.” Conceived around the leitmotif of transformation, the range sees classic workwear and sportswear elements, such as nylon tracksuits, trucker jackets and utility pockets — through a modern streetwear lens. Outfits such as collared button-downs worn under graphic tees, oversized trench coats worn over hoodies and chunky Skechers with crew socks signal youth culture’s current obsession with dadcore styling. Other pieces such as cargo pants, basic T-shirts and dad caps offer updated essentials, while the half-vest-half-bag offers something a little more cutting-edge.
Flip through the lookbook above and shop the pieces at SHOOP’s online store in the near future.
In the meantime, make sure to check out the SHOOP x SULLEN capsule collection.
