Australia's Pass~Port Releases a New Video of Archive Skate Footage
The brand and imprint mark the move from analogue to HD.
Sydney-based skateboarding brand and imprint Pass~Port has released a compilation of archive skate clips to celebrate the move from its usual Sony VX1000 cameras to HD. The video features 11 minutes of skate footage, compiled since the Australian imprint was first founded back in 2009. As well as including almost a decade’s worth of skate film, the “Good~Bye VX” video also features tributes to the now-departed camera, with graphics saying “”Goodbye old friend…” and “nothing compares to you,” as well as explaining that “it is time to progress.” Check out some of the best bits from the last eight years of Pass~Port above, before the brand gives its videos an HD update in the future.
