Nike Gives the Air Max 97 Ultra a Red Hot Renovation
A new look for one of Nike’s staples.
As part of Nike’s ever growing Air Max family, the brand has released the first images of a new “Infrared/Black” colorway of the Air Max 97 Ultra. Featuring a bright red single layered upper, the sneaker sees wavy black lines make their way across the sneaker’s body, with the color continuing onto the tongue patch and pull tab. The upper also features a miniature Swoosh logo in silver taking its place right above the all black outsole. The sneaker’s look is finished off with a cushioned air sole styled the same way we’ve seen before with Air Max models.
The Nike Air Max 97 Ultra in “Infrared/Black” is set to drop sometime in the fall for an expected price tag of around $160 USD. While you’re waiting on that, check out the “Triple Black” colorway of the Air Max 97 that is set to drop today.
