Japanese label N.HOOLYWOOD teams up once more with American imprint Vans, this time putting a spin on the classic Checkerboard print Slip-On sneaker. Coming in two colorways of “White/Black” and “Gray/Black,” the simple silhouette features a premium leather upper with a printed checkerboard print. The tongue section can be turned down, revealing suede and canvas textiles, to mimic a penny loafer saddle strap for a somewhat more formal look. Other details include Vans “Off the Wall” branding at the sole unit heel bumper, special edition leather and canvas insoles, as well as tonal stitching throughout.

The N.HOOLYWOOD x Vans Slip-On sneakers will be available at select retailers such as INVINCIBLE on August 12. Let us know if you like this premium take on the classic model.
