Kappa Kontroll Looks Back to the Golden Age of Soccer Apparel for 2017 Fall/Winter
Featuring everything from tracksuits to denim jackets.
For its latest Kappa Kontroll collection, Italian sportswear brand Kappa has taken inspiration from the soccer kits of the late ’80s and early ’90s. Another key influence, which manifests itself as a graphic theme throughout the range is Kappa’s “LIKE NO OTHER” advertising campaign. Some of the key pieces in the collection include half-and-half sweats and T-shirts featuring two of the brand’s iconic logos cut in half and mixed together. The fall/winter lineup also includes some of the brand’s popular tracksuits and even a denim jacket with the brand’s logo on the back panel. There’s no official release date yet, but the collection is scheduled to drop at retailers such as Slam Jam Socialism in the coming weeks.
