Paramount has released a teaser trailer for its upcoming dramedy Downsizing. The film takes place in a world where Norwegian scientists have solved over-population by shrinking people down to the size of an action figure. Its story focuses on Paul (Matt Damon) and his wife Audrey (Kristen Wigg), a married couple that decides to abandon their stressful lives by turning small and moving to a new downsized community.

The film opens December 22 with a full trailer set to drop September 12 and also stars Christoph Waltz, Laura Dern, Jason Sudeikis, and Neil Patrick Harris. Check out the Downsizing teaser above, and leave your thoughts in the comments below.
