After adidas released a red/burgundy colorway of the UltraBOOST Uncaged last month, the Three Stripes looks to be doubling down on the latter color by bringing it in full. As per usual, adidas’ signature Primeknit material is used to construct the shoe’s upper, with the dark purple color mixed in with black fabric extending all the way to the sock-like collar and laces. The upper also features a black heel counter towards the back of the body with the UltraBOOST branding written along the side. All of this sits atop a white BOOST midsole and is rounded off with a black rubber outsole along the bottom.
The dark burgundy colorway of the adidas UltraBOOST Uncaged will be a part of adidas’ fall lineup and is set to retail for around $180 USD. For more on what adidas is doing with its famous UltraBOOST sole, take a look at the “Dark Green” colorway of the UltraBOOST 3.0.
