Metro Boomin Launches Boominati Worldwide Record Label
The 23-year-old super-producer says his record label is about “taking blessings and spreading them.”

Platinum-selling producer Metro Boomin has announced a new venture. After previously being associated with Future‘s Freebandz imprint, Young Metro has launched his own label, Boominati Worldwide. The label was established through a partnership with Republic Records and Universal Music Group, which currently houses Def Jam Recordings, Cash Money Records, Dreamville, Good Music, and more.
“Launching Boominati Worldwide is the next step in my career as a producer, an artist, and a businessman,” Metro said in a statement. “I created the label to represent a collective of highly gifted individuals who have the shared gift of being able to influence the world through culture and art.”
In 2016, Metro was awarded BMI Producer of the Year. The first track for the successful 23-year-old producer’s new Boominati Worldwide label features Drake and Offset, it’s called “No Complaints.”
