'The Sims' Is Finally Being Released for iOS and Android
17 years after the game originally launched.
The Sims, the cult life simulation game from EA Games, is finally coming to iOS and Android 17 years after the game originally launched on PC. The mobile game will feature many of the same functions as the OG, including creating your own Sim and building a house. There’s also a new focus on shaping your Sims’ legacy, with the ability to create a family spanning multiple generations. With this comes the introduction of ‘Heirlooms’ that can be awarded to your Sims when they accomplish their career goals and retire, and which then unlock new hobbies and careers for future generations of the family. The Sims mobile game is already available in Brazil, with the date for the wider rollout yet to be announced.
As well as The Sims, Super Mario Run has recently become available on Android.
