'Pokémon Go' Is Set to Launch a Rock Type "Adventure Week" Event
Gotta catch ‘em all.
Pokémon Go trainers will be happy to hear that the augmented reality mobile game is set to hold yet another event. Following the string of type-based events, the latest event will focus on rock-type Pokémon. For a full week, trainers will receive more items from PokéStops, a commemorative hat and encounter more rock-type Pokémon. Additionally, buddy candy walking time will be quartered during the event, making it easier to evolve your buddy Pokémon. The Pokémon Go rock-type “Adventure Week” will run from May 18 1 pm PDT until May 25 1 pm PDT.
