Nintendo Unveils Colorful New Switch Hardware for 'Splatoon 2'
The pink and green controllers drop this summer.
Nintendo is hoping Splatoon 2 will be the Switch‘s next must-have, following this spring Breath of the Wild and Mario Kart 8 Deluxe releases. So, it should come as no surprise that the Japanese gaming giant’s shiny new console is getting special Splatoon-inspired cases and accessories.
The best of the bunch, though? Limited edition controllers. Nintendo has announced that fans will have new options for both the Joy-Con and Pro Controller later this summer, as both are set to be released in striking pink and green hues.
Expect them to be available in limited quantities come July 21, the same day Splatoon 2 hits shelves.
