The Nike Air Max 97 "Neon" Is Set to Return This Year
The hits keep coming.
Following up on the insane popularity of the recent “Metallic Gold” and “Silver Bullet” models, it looks as though Nike’s Air Max 97 silhouette is primed to bring back yet another retro design. As teased by Japanese blog US11, two closely-cropped images surfaced over the net this past weekend providing a sneak peek of what the Nike Air Max 97 “Neon” rework is expected to look like. The new contemporary version will instead feature silver lettering on the heel pull tab as opposed to the original neon font. Debuting back in 2005 as an Asia-only release, the “Neon” iteration gears for its release later this year. Stay tuned for more details regarding release date and locations.
