Flying Lotus Creates His Own Version of the Classic 'Twin Peaks' Theme
The modern revamp is debuting this week.
Flying Lotus has cooked up his own take on the classic Twin Peaks theme. FlyLo’s rework of the iconic Angelo Badalamenti record debuted during the Brainfeeder producer-DJ’s most recent festival outing, which took place this past weekend at Seattle’s Upstream Music Fest. The live premiere of Flying Lotus’ Twin Peaks theme song rework came at a perfect time, as the David Lynch-helmed series is just a few days away from being brought back to life on Showtime.

In recent months, FlyLo has been promoting and pushing his much-discussed feature-length debut as a filmmaker, Kuso. His latest performances have also yielded other surprises, such as collaborations with Dave Chappelle, Thundercat and Robert Glasper.
