agnès b. & David Lynch Celebrate the Cannes Film Festival With a T-Shirt Collection
Forever Wild at Heart.
Frequent sartorial collaborators David Lynch and agnès b. have come together once again to create a set of T-shirts celebrating the 70th anniversary of Cannes Film Festival and the work of the Twin Peaks director. The Parisienne has long been Lynch’s go-to designer, providing the filmmaker’s trademark suiting for recent documentary David Lynch: The Art of Life, and his contribution to the French brand’s line of artist shirts marks the latest milestone in their creative partnership.
The T-shirts, which come in two designs at $75 USD, in gray for men and gray, white, and black for women, are each imprinted with Lynch’s own original artwork — “Wild at Heart”, a nod to the director’s 1990 film of the same name, and “Oh Donna”, named after a Richie Valens song from 1958.
