These Nike x adidas Bootleg Slides Are the Best of Both Worlds

Nike or adidas? For many streetwear aficionados, picking between the two heavyweights can be a burdensome task when taking into consideration aesthetics, fit, nostalgia and loyalty etc. However, Shirt NYC looks to alleviate some of this unwanted stress by bringing to the table a selection of dual-branded mashups including slides, T-shirts and hoodies. To celebrate the launch of the slides, the brand owner drove through the NYC metropolis handing out free T-shirts, while selling hoodies at competitive street prices. The founder once described his designs as “100% fake real.” In relation to the slides, each pair consists of one legitimate Nike piece and the other being genuine adidas.
