and wander, the Japanese outdoor brand from Keita Ikeuchi and Mihoko Mori who were both members of the ISSEY MIYAKE design team, has opened its first flagship store in the busy district of Shibuya, Tokyo. Based on the concept “Where town and mountain connect,” the location has been appropriately referred to as “MT.” The label has approached the opening as an opportunity to branch out and showcase new items, including carefully curated hiking/camping supplies, books and equipment. In an attempt to push things further outside just the retail space, MT launched with an “and wander Hiking CLub” and plans on hosting a series of tours and workshops for enthusiasts and new comers alike. If you happen to be in Tokyo, check out the shop at 22-8-1F Motoyoyogicho Shibuyaku, Tokyo.
