Y-3's Take on the PureBOOST Drops in Black & Blue
Yohji Yamamoto puts his spin on adidas’ BOOST-cushioned kicks.
Back in January, Yohji Yamamoto and adidas‘ collaborative Y-3 take on the PureBOOST surfaced in a clean “Triple White” look before hitting the runway in “Triple Black” as a part of Y-3’s Holiday 2017 teaser. Now, the kicks have finally arrived in a brand new black/blue/white colorway. Marked by mesh construction, the breathable kicks don a white BOOST midsole and predominately black upper while blue accents grace the likes of the welded TPU overlays and rubber outsole.
Finished with a molded external heel counter and subtle co-branding, the collaborative kicks are available now from Las Vegas-based Feature for $320 USD while supplies last.
