Watch Russell Simmons Talk Yoga & Creative Entrepreneurship

Mass Appeal has released a new mini-documentary on the daily life of hip-hop mogul, Russell Simmons. As part of their Too Old To Die Young series, they followed Simmons for the day as viewers get a firsthand look at his day-to-day duties that include handling business at his midtown office, going to hot yoga classes and a cryotherapy session. In between the scenes, Simmons also touches on the importance of creative entrepreneurship, spirituality and how yoga allows one to get a better sense of the world, saying “You do it because it quiets the mind, and you can’t work with a busy mind.”
