Streetsnaps: Copenhagen Fashion Week Day 2
Sportswear-influenced outerwear takes center stage.

We continue examining the streetstyle at Copenhagen Fashion Week 2017, following the influx of high-end and streetwear trends seen during the first day. This time, sportswear-friendly pieces made a strong appearance in the form of vintage racing jackets, anoraks and puffer coats to combat the cold weather, while bold accessories including hats and handbags helped balance out the mainly neutral color palette seen throughout. Designers ranging from Astrid Andersen to Gucci to Balenciaga were represented on the streets of the Denmark capital as some attendees wore statement-making garments from graphic shirts and hoodies, to some that got downright political. On the footwear side, sneakers such as the Air Jordan 11 “Space Jam” were unexpectedly met with cozy sandals and socks.
